Shashiprabha Kumar is Professor and former Chairperson in the Special Centre for Sanskrit Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She is the author and editor of many books including Vaisheshika Darshana mein Padartha-Nirupana; Relevance of Indian Philosophy in Modern Context, Bharatiyam Darshanam; Facets of Indian Philosophical Thought; Self, Society and Value; Kala-Tattva-Cintana and Veda as Word.

Dr Santosh Kumar Shukla is Associate Professor at the Special Centre for Sanskrit Studies, JNU. Main areas of his interest and research are: Mimamsa, Dharmasastra, Vedic interpretation, Purusa and Sanskrit language. Besides authoring books in these areas, he has presented several research papers within the country as well as abroad.

Dr Ram Nath Jha has been teaching at the Special Centre for Sanskrit Studies, JNU since October 2001. His current research interests are in the areas of Vedanta, Samkhya, Yoga, Navya-Nyaya, comparative philosophy and philosophy of science. Dr Jha has published two books and more than twenty research papers.
