R.P. Singh is Chairperson, Centre for Philosophy, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University. His areas of specialization include Modern Western Philosophy, Postmodern Philosophy, Indian Philosophy, specially Upanishads, Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta. He has to his credit 16 books and 125 articles published in India and internationally.
