The life of Swami Dharmamegha Aranya (1892-1985) was one long commentary on the ideals of Samkhya-yoga. The book is a collection of some of his formal sermons and informal advice to seekers on various topics. He lived in utter seclusion and would speak only when he must and that too with the fewest possible words. But he never left unanswered any genuine query, even from casual visitors. And his words would reverberate for years in the minds of the hearers.
Arranged subjectwise it should help all aspirants irrespective of their inclinations and levels of attainment.
